Overview
The Head of Platform Strategy will partner closely with senior leaders across operations, product, engineering, and regional teams to translate complex business priorities into clear platform designs and structured business requirements that can scale globally, owning the definition of the what and why for major platform investments. This role will ensure initiatives are well scoped, technically sound and aligned to long term architecture before build begins.
Key initiatives include redesigning account hierarchies and segmentation across global accounts, expanding Salesforce capabilities into new markets, improving lead-to-cash workflows and contract automation, standing up robust data governance across core CRM objects, integrating planning and quota tools into the platform ecosystem, and defining the architecture and sequencing for next generation CRM evolution. This is an opportunity to play a critical role in defining and designing the most strategic platform initiatives across our business before development begins, while operating as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution.
