As a Senior Media Planning Manager
, reporting to our Media Strategy Director, you will lead the translation of client briefs into cross-channel digital media plans (programmatic, search, social, video) that deliver and accountable outcomes for our client, including budget and flighting recommendations, audience targeting recommendations, performance forecasts, and channel tactics

• In partnership with your client leads, you will maintain a working relationship with paid media client partners
• Lead the collaboration with Jellyfish specialists from market intelligence, investment analytics, and paid media teams to create unique ideas and experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.
• Use attribution, media mix modeling and planning tools (GWI, You Gov, Reach Planner, Com Score) to pull audience use, reports and forecast target goals
• Work with the wider planning and analytics team to create insightful campaign reports with optimisation recommendations while media is live
• Work with teams (Paid Search, Display, Analytics) to ensure planning follows platform and buying best practices
• Collaborate with channel and measurement leads on campaign performance reporting to drive results through testing and ongoing optimisation
• Maintain professional relationships with the publisher and partner community
• Monitor the digital landscape and identify trends/partners for upcoming campaigns.

• 5+ years of experience in a media strategy or planning role, or in a cross-channel buying role within an agency or multinational client organization
• Demonstrated expertise in developing brand, digital marketing and planning strategies, with a fluency in digital media planning
• An expertise in the use of data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies
• Experience in generating unique ideas and pushing the agenda or experimental approaches that progress our clients' marketing practices
• Experience working in close collaboration with diverse team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions
• Experience adapting and integrity to navigate unforeseen challenges.
