Job Description:
" Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys. Understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
" Analyze existing processes and identify gaps or improvement areas
" Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and User Stories. Extraction of existing calculation and/or business logic.
" Maintain traceability matrices to ensure all requirements are covered.
Communicate effectively with business users, developers, testers, and project managers.
Required Skills:
" 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation projects
" Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation (BRD, FRD, user stories)
" Worked in process orchestration & LCNC ( Low Code No Code) platforms like outsystems related projects.
" Proven experience working with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
" Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies
" Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI tools
" Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
" Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and product owners.
