This is a 5-month contract and 100% onsite in downtown Chicago.
Responsibilities:- Must have experience with Microsoft, Citrix, and Adobe software, as well as ticketing systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
- 3 years of large corporate enterprise IT support experience required.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of desktops, laptops, servers, mobile devices, and accessories from various manufacturers.
- Associate's degree or certification required;
Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Pay: $27/hr
- Must have a genuine desire to provide high-level customer service and assist others.
- Strong analytical skills, persistence, excellent communication, teamwork, patience, technical aptitude, and a disciplined approach to problem-solving are essential.
