LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Technology Integration Specialist to join our client's organization in the Chicago, IL or Waukegan, IL area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technology-related issues, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
- Manage and resolve support tickets, addressing complex issues independently.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to address system errors and performance issues.
- Oversee user management, including role-based access control and account setup.
- Support integration efforts between technology platforms and external systems.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendor contacts.
- Assist with project management and implementation of technology updates.
- Identify opportunities to enhance IT processes and efficiencies.
- Explore and evaluate AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiencies.
- Work with internal teams to optimize workflows and coordinate tasks related to system integrations.
- Source and vet third-party vendors and oversee vendor integration projects.
- Maintain key technical relationships with partners and ensure smooth operations.
- Build automated reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI.
- Participate in the planning and management of technology projects.
- Engage with various internal teams regarding support, training, and new technology implementation.
- Stay informed about emerging AI technologies and suggest pilot projects to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for AI-powered analytics and automation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of project management experience with effective communication skills.
- 2+ years of help/service support or technical support experience.
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of EDI/API integration capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- SQL experience is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with system integration best practices.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse team members.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to adjust tasks and priorities as needed.
- Passionate about improving technology operations.
