This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex data into actionable insights and collaborating across teams to improve data-driven solutions. You’ll be responsible for analyzing healthcare data, identifying trends, and supporting the development of features that improve risk adjustment performance.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze large healthcare data sets to generate clear and meaningful insights.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to improve software solutions.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support new product features and business strategies.
- Build and optimize data models that enhance performance and reporting capabilities.
- Translate raw data into user-friendly dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
- Participate in gathering requirements and offer input on best practices for data use.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including customer success and advisory, to solve data-related challenges.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Healthcare Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience with Python (Jupyter), SQL, or SAS.
- 3+ years of analytics or business intelligence experience in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for creating and updating stored procedures.
- Familiarity with healthcare payer/provider claims or quality data.
- Risk adjustment experience (preferred).
- Skills:
- Ability to turn raw data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau.
