Location: Chicago, IL – Onsite, Monday through Friday
About the Role: We’re seeking a Help Desk Support professional to join our client’s IT team in Chicago. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, solving technical issues, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support via ticketing system, phone, chat, and in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows OS, Office 365, VPN, printers, and network connectivity
- Manage user accounts and password resets through Active Directory
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and other devices
- Ensure systems and software remain consistent with company standards
Qualifications:
- Help Desk or IT Support experience required
- Experience with Active Directory, Service Now, and Office 365 Administration
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Technical training or IT-related degree preferred
