Sr. IT Project Manager - Claims Data Migration

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading end‑to‑end migrations of claims and billing platforms, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal business disruption.
• Guiding IT integration efforts during M&A activities — from data center consolidation to network redesign and system alignment.
• Building clear project plans, managing timelines and budgets, and coordinating resources across multiple teams.
• Working closely with infrastructure engineers, developers, analysts, and external partners to keep projects moving forward.
• Identifying risks early and putting strong mitigation plans in place to protect data integrity, security, and uptime.
• Keeping executives, technical teams, and business stakeholders informed with clear, consistent communication.
• Supporting post‑migration stabilization and ensuring systems are optimized and well‑documented.

What You Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects.
• Hands‑on experience migrating claims and billing platforms (healthcare, insurance, or financial services experience is a plus).
• At least 5 years of experience leading infrastructure transitions in M&A environments.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, data center operations, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and enterprise security.
• A project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE
