Overview
Title: PMO Support Consultant – People & Culture Transformation
Client: Large Public Accounting Firm
Duration: 6+ Months (Contract)
Location: Remote
Compensation: $70–$80/hour (1099 / C2C)
Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive, highly organized PMO Support Consultant to join our People & Culture team. This role will play a critical part in supporting large-scale People & Culture integration initiatives across an evolving, multi-jurisdictional platform. The ideal candidate brings strong PMO fundamentals, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholders and regions, particularly within Europe, the Middle East, and Africa Time Zones.
This position supports strategic transformation programs by ensuring delivery discipline, governance alignment, risk management, and clear communication across work streams.
- Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and trackers for People & Culture initiatives
- Produce and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action logs, RAID logs, and status reports
- Track deliverables, follow up on actions, and ensure deadlines are met across multiple work streams
- Support requirements gathering and process mapping activities with business and HR stakeholders
- Perform data analysis and prepare dashboards and reports to support leadership decision-making and progress monitoring
- Coordinate and support workshops, stakeholder meetings, and integration sessions
- Ensure adherence to program governance frameworks, reporting standards, and PMO best practices
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and cross-regional teams, adapting to diverse cultural contexts
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, escalating where appropriate and supporting contingency planning
- Engage stakeholders at all levels to align expectations, address concerns, and drive collaboration
- Proven experience supporting PMO or project delivery functions, ideally within:
- People & Culture / HR
- Organizational transformation
- Technology-enabled or enterprise programs
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills with high attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools;
Power BI experience preferred - Experience with process mapping and documentation tools
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, or similar frameworks a plus)
- Familiarity with Agile and iterative delivery environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel occasionally, if required
