Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will own core product initiatives and work closely with engineering, design, and leadership to deliver features that drive measurable business impact. You’ll translate business objectives and customer needs into clear, actionable product roadmaps, ensuring teams are focused on building the right solutions at the right time. This role is ideal for a Product Manager with solid experience who is ready to take on greater ownership and influence product direction in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead product execution across the full lifecycle, from ideation through launch and ongoing iteration
• Own and maintain the product roadmap, aligning priorities with company strategy and business goals
• Define clear product requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria, for engineering and design teams
• Establish success metrics, track KPIs, and use data and feedback to inform product decisions
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders through consistent documentation and updates
• Champion the customer by gathering insights through research, interviews, and analytics

• 4+ years of experience in a Product Manager role with demonstrated ownership of product or feature life cycles
• Experience working on web, desktop, and/or mobile applications
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with comfort operating in a fast-moving environment
• Analytical approach to balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business objectives
• Ability to work onsite in Chicago and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams

• Experience working in Agile environments and using tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Technical background or hands-on familiarity with software development processes
