• Design, develop, and maintain robust UI automation frameworks using Java with Selenium or Playwright, working independently with minimal supervision.
• Integrate automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing practices.
• Perform API automation testing and contribute to mobile testing using relevant tools and frameworks.
• Execute quality assurance activities across Banking domain applications, ensuring compliance with functional and regulatory requirements.
• Write and execute intermediate-level SQL queries for data validation, backend testing, and defect analysis.
• Conduct end-to-end testing including functional, regression, UAT, and non-functional testing for each release cycle.
• Define and manage entry and exit criteria, perform QA sign-off, and support production release readiness.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups, following STLC processes.
• Use JIRA and Confluence for test case management, defect tracking, reporting, and maintaining QA artifacts.
• Collaborate with Dev Ops teams and leverage Dev Ops tools to support automated testing and release workflows.
• Perform database testing and automation, validating data integrity across multiple systems.
• Execute and support non-functional testing including performance, chaos, and reliability testing.
• Analyze test results, prepare dashboards, and provide quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Communicate testing status, risks, and quality metrics clearly and professionally to technical and business teams.
• Manage multiple testing priorities, meet aggressive timelines, and maintain strong work ethics.
• Support applications deployed on Azure, with a working understanding of cloud testing concepts.
• Continuously improve QA processes, automation coverage, and testing strategies.
