- Serve as the trusted point of contact for US customers, troubleshooting bugs and resolving technical issues on our AI platform via chat, email, and Whats App.
- Diagnose and investigate platform errors, ensuring customers receive clear explanations, accurate resolutions, and a smooth experience.
- Guide customers through technical workflows, helping them understand and effectively use our AI tools during onboarding and day‑to‑day operations.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams by documenting bugs, reporting trends, and providing insights that improve platform reliability.
- 1+ years of customer support experience
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Bachelor Degree preferred
- Excellent communicator who remains clear, warm, and structured even in high‑pressure situations.
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders and skilled at using tools such as Intercom, Salesforce, and internal systems.
- Curious and highly adaptable, with a strong ability to learn new technologies and adjust quickly to evolving needs.
- Deeply empathetic and consistently focused on solutions, always prioritizing positive customer outcomes and strong team collaboration.
- Office Requirement:
We offer a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days (M/F) working remote.
