** Responsibilities
* ** Interact with one on one with all levels of healthcare and consulting professionals to grow and broaden your perspectives and career
* Contribute to project deliverables, firm collateral and development of internal methodology
* Work closely with clients to understand their needs, identify challenges, and develop tailored solutions to improve health strategy and operations.
* Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients.
* Evaluate and redesign healthcare processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and patient outcomes.
** Qualifications
* *** Education and Experience**
* ** Educational Requirement:
** Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
* ** Authorized to work in the US.
**** Skills and Competencies
*** Experienced consultant in the healthcare environment with a proven track record of solving complex problems
* Focused on customer success through developing trusting relationships and always choosing to do the right thing
* Designer and executer of data analytics.  You conceive new data analysis methods, draw insights from complex datasets and create strategic narratives for senior management teams
* Collaborative leader who can identify opportunities for improvement and carve out the path to solutions
* Prioritizes personal and professional development and is always ready to stretch their abilities to the next level.

At Impact Advisors, we prioritize transparency and equity in our compensation practices. This role has a salary range of **$70,000-$135,000
** and may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This range accounts for various factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
