Responsibilities
- Drive product strategy by working in a cross‐functional environment to design, develop, and deploy enterprise‑wide product strategies that support member experience, innovation, and growth.
- Maintain competitive industry knowledge of relative products, features, benefits, emerging technologies, and opportunities.
- Guide the product, marketing, digital, operations, and technology teams to deploy product solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy the product strategy at Alliant, including product roadmaps, new/emerging technologies, ROI analysis, and risk strategies.
- Create and maintain industry and competitive intelligence and seek to be at the leading edge of product innovation and strategic evolution. Seek out best practices, case studies, risk assessments, and new technologies/partners in the industry.
- Partner with digital and product teams to integrate digital product features, product design, and outstanding user experience.
- Be responsible for the performance of product solutions such as member experience, growth, ROI, risk, and utilization/engagement.
- Analyze reporting and analytics for product performance.
- Maintain regulatory and compliance knowledge and ensure Alliant’s product strategies are within regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to iterate and improve. Monitor project progress, identify risks to mitigate risk, and develop balanced underwriting and performance strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for product‑related inquiries from internal stakeholders, customers, and partners. Communicate product plans, updates, and roadmap changes to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Manage vendor relationships and seek new partnerships to drive improvements.
- Minimum 4‑year bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years product management, payments, marketing, banking, sales experience, or related.
- In lieu of education, 12 years of related experience.
Typical hiring range: $95,100 – $163,100 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills, and knowledge.
