Business Continuity Analyst
Salary: $95k-$115k + bonus
Location:
Chicago, IL
Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Professional certification in business continuity, disaster recovery, security, audit, crisis management or related area is required or must be obtained within 12 months (ABCP, CBCP, CISSP, CISA, and similar)
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Experience in conducting audits or vendor assessments
- Technology Impact Assessments or Business Impact Assessments
- Strong documentation, technical writing and process analysis/improvement skills
- Understanding of IT across the enterprise including Infrastructure, Storage, and Applications
- Experience using tools like BC Cloud, Fusion, and/or Archer
- Financial services industry experience
- Ongoing validation of BMR capabilities and ensuring proper systems are in scope
- Incorporate cyber threats result in resiliency risk for applications and business processes (link back to BMR capabilities)
- Participates and monitors DR exercises
- Control Self Testing as assigned
- Monitor Capabilities for Operational Recovery Enclave (VDI in the Cloud)
- Monitor risk of provisioned access, credentials, privilege and key availability
- Leads Technology Resiliency Function
- DR Plan Administration and Management
- Technology Impact Assessment Ongoing TIA Support (data gathering and follow up)
