IT Vendor & Contract Management

We are looking for an individual who is experienced in IT vendor management and contract negotiations, who can come in and continue to optimize the environment.

Responsibilities in this role will include developing sourcing strategies, refining vendor relationships and negotiations where licences, cost and SLA’s are concerned – across IT, Finance and Legal functions.

Your main objectives will be to build strong relationships with vendor contacts and protect the organizations interests, ensuring contracts are negotiated efficiently, generating cost savings where possible.

• Enhance procurement strategies
• Lead the management and development of RFI, RFP, and RFQ
• Strong business acumen and understanding of business needs
• Keep up to date on industry trends to optimize negotiations and best practices

Technical

Skills:

• Detailed contract review and amendment skills
• Experience with risk management, in the IT space
• Ability to translate IT business requirements into vendor agreement
