This senior vendor management position reports to the Director of IT Procurement and Vendor Management. We are seeking an experienced professional who will:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and key stakeholders across legal, risk, audit, compliance, and other global functions.
  • Lead vendors through comprehensive risk assessments and due diligence for existing ICT third-party service providers.
  • Develop and implement strong contractual agreements addressing security, performance, and continuity requirements.
  • Establish effective monitoring tools, scorecards, and oversight mechanisms for ICT third-party service providers.

The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing critical and strategic vendor relationships and driving measurable improvements across the vendor management function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute vendor management strategies and processes.
  • Oversee all vendor management-related activities and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain incident response and business continuity plans, ensuring regular testing and updates to address evolving risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define reporting requirements and automate processes within procurement and vendor management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including execution of DORA addendums.
  • Guide cross-functional teams through procurement and vendor management processes.
  • Align with category leaders on sourcing and procurement strategies.
  • Create and implement complex, multi-region supplier performance scorecards.
  • Monitor vendor performance against contracts, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Maintain compliance with global and regional regulatory standards.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Responsible Sourcing, Contract Management, Category Management, Third-Party Risk Management, and compliance requirements.
  • Utilize Source-to-Pay systems effectively.
  • Develop advanced dashboards and produce monthly reports for analytics and performance tracking.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 10-15 years in vendor management with a strong track record of success.
  • Project Management: Ability to lead large-scale, complex initiatives with significant financial impact and tight deadlines.
  • Strategic Approach: Experience applying structured vendor management methodologies.
  • Negotiation: Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Business Acumen: Strong organizational awareness and sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborative and proactive approach to internal client engagement.

    Skills:

    Advanced ability to translate spend and supplier data into actionable sourcing strategies.
