Entry Level Audio Visual Support Specialist (Onsite – White Glove)

We are looking for an entry-level Audio Visual Support Specialist to provide high-touch, onsite support for our C‑Suite and senior leadership team. This is a full‑time, onsite role focused on making sure executive meetings run smoothly and technology is never a distraction.

You’ll be the trusted, in‑room point of contact for conference room and meeting support—assisting with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and everyday AV needs. Most requests are straightforward, such as helping connect a laptop, starting a meeting, or sharing a screen, but they require professionalism, confidence, and a polished, service‑oriented approach.

Our environment includes a wide range of enterprise‑grade AV technology, including Cisco, Logitech, Crestron, and other conferencing solutions. This role offers hands‑on exposure to multiple platforms while working closely with senior leaders in a white‑glove setting.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide white glove, in‑person AV support for C‑Suite and executive staff
  • Assist with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other video conferencing meetings
  • Help users connect laptops, manage displays, cameras, microphones, and screen sharing
  • Troubleshoot audio, video, and connectivity issues in real time during meetings
  • Prepare conference rooms in advance to ensure meetings start on time
  • Support and work with a variety of AV hardware including Cisco, Logitech, and Crestron
  • Deliver support with discretion, professionalism, and minimal disruption
What We’re Looking For
  • Entry‑level experience in AV, IT support, or conference room technology
  • Comfortable working directly with executives and senior leaders
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and basic AV/conferencing setups
  • Strong customer service mindset with clear communication skills
  • Calm, polished presence in high‑visibility situations
  • Willingness to work full‑time onsite in an executive environment
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in an enterprise AV setting
