Job DescriptionAs a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design user-centered digital experiences. You will be involved in the full design process—from understanding user needs and creating wireframes to designing polished user interfaces. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career designers looking to build a strong foundation in UI/UX design.
Key Responsibilities- User Research & Analysis: Assist in understanding user needs through research, feedback, and basic usability testing.
- Wire framing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas clearly.
- UI Design: Design clean, modern, and consistent user interfaces for web and mobile applications using design tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and senior designers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals.
- Design Iteration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users to improve designs continuously.
- Design Documentation: Maintain design assets, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency across products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
, usability, and user-centered design. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
. - Familiarity with wire framing, prototyping, and design systems.
- Basic knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
- A portfolio (academic, internship, or self-initiated projects) showcasing UI/UX work.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Internship or academic/project experience in UI/UX design
