• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 7 years of IT work experience including application system design and implementation.
• Experience with the following technology stack:
  Ab-Initio, DB2, SQL, Oracle, Cognos, Tableau, XML. ERwin (preferred)
• Knowledge of multiple development methodologies.
• Experience with:
  Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Marts, Data profiling, Data Quality analysis and Data Analytics.
• Experience in creating SA technical artifacts such as Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), Source to Targets (S2
  
  Ts), Data Exchange Documents (DEDs), and Data Models.
• Advanced SQL query and experience in a data analyst role with strong data analysis and analytical skills.
• Minimum 3 years of database modeling including one or more of the following: DB2, Oracle, SQL/Server or comparable.
• Effective at gathering and analyzing business requirements and current system behavior and collaborating to create system design specification documents including functional specifications, system use cases, mock‑ups, and design models.
• Demonstrated experience working within a complex team environment, working with multiple vendor teams, providing SME support across multiple programs.
• Experience with reference data management / governance and end‑to‑end data lineage.
• Proven ability to lead a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration, facilitation, and listening skillset.
• Provides technical, business, and administrative direction for personnel performing software development tasks, including the review of work products for correctness, adherence to the design concept and to user standards, and for progress in accordance with project schedules. Provides daily supervision and direction to support staff.

-Experience focused on systems and data analysis and application development. Experience designing solutions utilizing:

• Masters Degree
• Familiar with data governance, data lineage, data quality, and security.
• Familiarity with Client and health care industry concepts (e.g. HEDIS, Claims, Enrollment, Care Mgmt, Disease Mgmt)
• Knowledge of Federal Employee Program

• Most of our projects are in the backend data warehouse environment. Data pipeline, data analysis / profiling and strong SQL skills are essential. Data modeling, ETL, data governance knowledge / experience is great. Along with several soft skills necessary to succeed in such as communication (verbal / written), initiative, flexibility, etc.
• A typical Business Analyst or front-end person is NOT what we are looking for. However, they can have some of those skillsets / experience. A technical systems analyst or data analyst, data engineer perhaps.
• Definitely more technical but must be able to communicate with all levels and areas and translate business requirements into the functional and technical requirements.
• Should be a highly motivated individual contributor capable of working smartly and efficiently in getting deliverables delivered in time.
