Job TitleCRM Data Developer/Analyst
LocationDallas OR Chicago - onsite Tue, Wed, Thu
Must Have5+ years of experience in data migration analysis/development, with at least 3 years focused on data migration projects, experience with Dynamics and preferable from Salesforce to Dynamics (60% development and 40% analyst)
Strong experience with SQL Server Integration Services or any other tools (Kingsway Soft Preferred)
- Experience with platforms:
Salesforce, Kantata (Mavenlink), Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Proficiency in SQL and data extraction principles.
- Demonstrated success in complex enterprise system migrations, preferably involving CRM or PSA platforms
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and documentation.
- Exceptional coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across internal teams and third-party vendors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, precision, and diplomacy.
