Position details:
Business analyst (IT) Chicago, IL 5 months

• At least 5 years of professional experience with significant experience working as a BA on complicated process implementation projects with multiple cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in conducting analysis with expertise in different business areas, application‑wide analysis, and proposal of solutions.
• Ability to assemble, analyze, and develop process flows to represent customer business requirements.
• Performs feasibility analysis, recommends alternative solutions, project strategy, and deliverable prioritization.
• Responsible for data and process flow models.
• Expert level experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Expert knowledge in writing business requirements and details.
• Experience leading requirements gathering sessions.
• Experience in financial industry (plus).
• Experience working on security technology projects (plus).
• Additional skills:
  Experience with Microsoft Office suite a must.
