SAP Concur Configuration & Travel Expense Systems Specialist

• Configure, maintain, and support SAP Concur Travel & Expense modules in alignment with business requirements
• Manage integrations between SAP Concur and other enterprise systems, including ERP and HR platforms
• Provide operational support and troubleshooting for Travel & Expense platforms
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
• Prepare system documentation, user guides, and presentations for business users and leadership

• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP Concur configuration (Expense, Travel, Request, Invoice preferred)
• Extensive experience with Travel & Expense platforms and system integrations
• Experience supporting enterprise applications, including corporate intranet platforms
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills for effective communication with stakeholders
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills

• Experience integrating SAP Concur with ERP systems like SAP S/4
  
  HANA or Oracle
• Familiarity with SSO, APIs, file‑based integrations, and middleware tools
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, and compliance requirements related to T&E
• Prior experience working in a global or multi‑entity environment
