Join us in an exciting opportunity to lead our global Cloud Services team on a 4x10 shift schedule (Thursday‑Sunday). The Manager, Cloud Operations will build and maintain highly available, reliable Cloud solutions across our SaaS environments.

We’re searching for a Manager, Cloud Operations to join our global Cloud Services team. This role coordinates daily operational activities, guides team members, participates in incident/change management, and maintains high service quality while ensuring 실패 handling secure handling of customer data.

4x10 shift schedule – working days Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM CST.

• Lead and coach a 24x7 operations team to optimal productivity while ensuring operational efficiency, accurate change processing, and excellent service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Cloud Services and Client Experience leadership to implement systems and processes that provide the best possible experience for our clients.
• Define and refine highly effective operationsụkụ processes that ensure the stability and uptime of the production Cloud Systems while servicing customer requests, with an intense focus on continual improvement.
• Ensure team compliance with secure data handling policies and best practices.
• Create and maintain accurate change‑management policy and procedural documentation.
• Provide advanced technical assistance and escalation support as needed.

Your experience may include:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Information Science, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of technical support experience in a Windows domain environment, including troubleshooting simple to complex software issues.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Client operating systems.
• 2+ years of leadership experience with a strong service‑oriented focus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, demanding, production service delivery role.

Our targeted starting base salary ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 USD. Additional compensation plans such as bonuses and commissions may also apply.
