Job Description
Duration: 12 months contract
Role will be part of the Operations Finance Processes Team and is responsible for a variety of financial systems planning, reporting, and analysis tasks to support the Manufacturing, Engineering & Contracting (ME&C) Plan Book Transformation project.
Top 3 – 5 Skills Needed- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase
- Draft testing scripts / setup data or processes for testing
- Guide users through UAT scripts
- Oversee and coordinate user script management, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Support questions, defect resolutions, etc.
- Facilitate re‑testing, regression testing
- Document testing results, comply with control requirements
- Support new BPC processes / data validation exercises
- Troubleshoot errors / workday issues
- Provide triage support for issue logging, resolution, and escalation during project and post‑go‑live phases
- Training
- Write and maintain comprehensive training documentation to enable smooth knowledge transfer to end users
- Lead and/or support local training
- Hands‑on Go‑Live and Hypercare support (rotate on‑site support)
- Conduct Workiva one‑time setup (folders, access, master data linkage)
- Link plan book with Workiva and/or applicable database
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase
