Key Responsibilities- Security Operations:
Actively participate in and contribute to our comprehensive security operations activities. - Endpoint Management:
Oversee the lifecycle management of all endpoints (laptops, desktops, mobile devices), including deployment, configuration, patch management, and troubleshooting to maintain a secure and stable environment. - Asset Management:
Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, ensuring proper tracking, allocation, and disposal in accordance with company policies and security best practices. - User Provisioning & Access Control:
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems, ensuring adherence to the principle of least privilege. This also involves the development and continuous improvement of access control workflows to enhance efficiency and security. - Threat Prevention:
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of threat prevention measures, including antivirus solutions, intrusion detection systems, and other security tools to safeguard our systems from evolving cyber threats. - IT Service Management:
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal user inquiries, providing timely and effective technical support. This role requires strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure high user satisfaction and minimal disruption to business operations. - Onboarding & Offboarding:
Efficiently manage the IT aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding processes. This includes preparing and setting up laptops, configuring user accounts, and ensuring secure data handling and access revocation for departing employees.
- General IT Operations
Experience:
Demonstrated experience in various aspects of IT operations, including hardware and software troubleshooting, network connectivity, and system administration. - Platform Proficiency:
Practical experience with productivity tools for identity and access management, along with basic proficiency in both Windows and MacOS operating systems. - Helpdesk Services (Advantageous):
Prior experience in a helpdesk or technical support role, demonstrating strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑centric approach. - IT Certifications (Advantageous):
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a significant plus, indicating a commitment to professional development and validated technical expertise. - Minimum 3 Years of IT Experience (Advantageous): A minimum of three years of experience in an IT‑related role, preferably within a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
- Physical Office Setup Experience (Advantageous):
Experience in setting up and maintaining IT infrastructure in a physical office environment, including networking equipment, workstations, and peripherals.
