Senior Systems Administrator
Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000

Onsite (4 Days)

Location:

Downtown Chicago

• Lead and assist with various IT projects including implementations regarding systems, solutions, and new technologies
• Work with and manage 3rd party MSP to ensure tasks are completed quickly, efficiently, and correctly
• Oversee and maintain Microsoft 365 and Azure environment including Intune, Entra , 365 B2B, and more
• Support and manage Palo Alto Prisma across the environment ensuring alignment with security practices
• Manage and maintain IT support operations including Autotask, Jira Cloud, Datto, Verkada
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and manage escalation tickets
• Update, maintain, and support the organizations environment that is completely a SaaS environment
• Manage and audit security tools including Sentinel One, Duo, Avanan for proper security and compliance
• Perform software updates, account setups, planned maintenance, etc
• Work with vendors and service providers on various issues
• Assist with networking issues revolved around routing, switching, and firewalls

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar preferred
• Five (5)+ years experience in IT administration, Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related positions
• Ample experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure environments
• Strong background with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams
• Experienced with vendor management, MSP oversight, and IT service contracts
• Knowledgeable and has a strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM)
• Knowledgeable and experience with cybersecurity tools and protocols
• Proficiency in automation and scripting utilizing Power Shell preferred
• Preferred certifications: ITIL, CompTIA A+, Sec+, Net+, CCNA, MCAA
• Must be a strong communicator and willing to assist all company employees with any issues that arise
