- 7+ years of pre-sales or solution consulting experience, with 3+ years in SaaS enterprise environments focused on CRM or revenue orchestration technologies
- Proven success leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles and influencing C-suite alignment
- Ability to diagnose complex customer environments and translate them into measurable solutions
- Exceptional communication skills, comfortable facilitating executive conversations and delivering tailored demos
- Deep understanding of data architecture, workflow automation, and AI-driven sales processes
- Familiarity with Outreach AI Agents (Amplify, Kaia, Research Agent)
- Experience creating internal assets, playbooks, or demo stories for organizational use
- Proficiency in Demo2
Win, MEDDPICC, value-based selling, and ROI analysis - Salesforce certifications are a plus
- Continuous learning mindset, seeking new methods and tools for better outcomes
