What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Act as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, influencing technical direction for enterprise customers
  • Own the technical strategy for high-value, multi-threaded deals, driving discovery, solution design, and value articulation
  • Lead engaging demonstrations and Proof of Value (POV) engagements that connect company capabilities to business outcomes
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to craft win strategies using MEDDPICC, Demo2

    Win, and value-selling frameworks
  • Mentor and coach Solutions Consultants, providing feedback on demo execution and strategic selling
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 7+ years of pre-sales or solution consulting experience, with 3+ years in SaaS enterprise environments focused on CRM or revenue orchestration technologies
  • Proven success leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles and influencing C-suite alignment
  • Ability to diagnose complex customer environments and translate them into measurable solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills, comfortable facilitating executive conversations and delivering tailored demos
  • Deep understanding of data architecture, workflow automation, and AI-driven sales processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with Outreach AI Agents (Amplify, Kaia, Research Agent)
  • Experience creating internal assets, playbooks, or demo stories for organizational use
  • Proficiency in Demo2

    Win, MEDDPICC, value-based selling, and ROI analysis
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus
  • Continuous learning mindset, seeking new methods and tools for better outcomes
