CLA is currently seeking a Learning Experience Design Associate. This role will design engaging and effective learning solutions for all modalities, including webcasts, eLearnings, in person experiences, videos and more and for a variety of curriculums, ranging from technical content to leadership to power skills and business skills.
Learning Strategy & Architecture- Assist in gathering learning needs and supporting the design of learning solutions aligned with business goals and learner profiles.
- Apply instructional design principles to develop digital, blended, and instructor-led learning materials.
- Create and design all modalities, from videos to job aids to learning experience conferences.
- Assist in collecting and analyzing data to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Apply User Experience (UX)/User Interface (UI) and accessibility standards to learning content.
- Stay informed about and utilize emerging tools and trends in learning design and technology.
- Utilize AI tools in content creation.
- Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and team members to design learning content.
- Coordinate project tasks, track timelines, and communicate progress to ensure deliverables are met.
- 2 years' relevant experience required.
- A bachelor's degree is required. An advanced degree in instructional design or related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Agile), assessment and evaluation design.
- Familiarity with eLearning and video authoring tools is required (e.g., Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, Clipchamp).
