Those in experience design at PwC will specialise in designing exceptional customer and employee experiences. Your work will involve utilising human-centred design principles to understand user needs, conduct research, and create intuitive and engaging experiences. Additionally, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to develop user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that optimise interactions and deliver seamless experiences across various touchpoints.

Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. The Opportunity

As part of the Experience Consulting team, you will lead the creation and implementation of innovative digital experiences that bridge strategy, craft, and technology. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior designers, and cultivate meaningful client relationships while navigating the intricacies of design and technology. This role offers the chance to shape the future of digital experience design, leveraging human insight and AI intelligence to create transformative products.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3 years of experience designing digital products or services
• A portfolio of your desktop, mobile and tablet design work is required for review
• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, for each year of college not completed, demonstrate three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience concurrent with the minimum years of experience required for the role
