We’re looking for a high-energy, enthusiastic Staff Platform Engineer to join a collaborative and forward-thinking engineering team focused on building impactful, reliable digital experiences. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about refining their craft, enjoys tackling complex technical challenges, and thrives in environments where ideas are encouraged, shared, and implemented.

You’ll work across a broad technical surface area—including software engineering, cloud infrastructure, Dev Sec Ops , and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)—while helping shape scalable systems that support critical business operations.

• Design, develop, and maintain applications, automation tools, and infrastructure to build, deploy, monitor, and integrate data across systems
• Create and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Lead and promote a strong culture of incident management and operational excellence
• Participate in incident command and on‑call rotations
• Collaborate closely with a team of skilled engineers to grow technical expertise and deliver at scale
• Drive efficiency, reliability, and performance improvements across software platforms
• Partner cross‑functionally to learn, teach, and share best practices across the organization

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Deep experience with Linux systems and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)
• Proven ability to design and operate scalable, reliable infrastructure on AWS
• Hands‑on experience supporting SaaS or other managed software offerings
• Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability management and security tooling
• Experience with at least one major public cloud platform
• Solid understanding of IT operations best practices in high‑availability environments
• Expertise in troubleshooting using monitoring and observability tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
