• MSBI (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS), SQL, Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power App, Azure Analysis Services, Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks

Job Requirements

• End-to-end BI architecture, data modeling, and governance across modern analytics platforms
• Advanced Microsoft BI expertise (Power BI, Microsoft Fabric), including semantic models, DAX, and Power Query
• Strong SQL and ETL/ELT development with proven performance optimization and data reliability practices
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable dashboards, KPIs, and analytical solutions
• Analytics and decision support skills, including scenario analysis, forecasting, and insight-driven storytelling
• Experience in CPG or food manufacturing, with working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Strong stakeholder collaboration, solution delivery, and driving analytics adoption through training and enablement
