Consulting Oracle CX Inventive Compensation Lead Professional

• Lead Oracle CX Incentive Compensation implementations across business units, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
• Design and configure compensation plans, rules, and formulas within Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC).
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Manage end‑to‑end compensation cycle including plan setup, crediting, calculation, reporting, and payout.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor compensation effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity and system performance through rigorous testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
• This role can be performed from anywhere in the U.S.

Bachelor's Degree

Master's Degree

• 5+ years in Oracle Incentive Compensation or similar CX modules.
• Strong understanding of sales compensation models and Oracle CX architecture.
• Experience with Oracle Redwood UI and AI‑assisted CX features.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations and dispute management processes.
