• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in professional services, consulting, implementation, or a related field
• Proven track record of building trust and developing client relationships
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage risks
• Proactive self-starter capable of learning complex concepts quickly
• Technical aptitude to understand product capabilities and educate clients effectively

• Experience in a SaaS environment acting as a strategic advisor to customers
• History of improving processes, methodologies, or frameworks in previous roles
• Comfort with change management and educating teams on new implementations
