Role Description
This is a Program Manager role for Life Science and Generative AI, located in Chicago, IL and is a contract role with on-site responsibilities. As Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of assigned projects, ensuring successful completion of all project phases and delivery of high-quality, cost-effective results within the agreed-upon timelines. You will work closely with cross-functional team members and customers to align the project goals with the company's vision and strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in managing programs in Life Science and Generative AI domains.
- Experience in Agile Software development processes, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, with excellent project management skills and knowledge of project management tools.
- Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical team members, stakeholders, and customers.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale and complex programs
- Knowledge of GxP regulations and compliance.
- Experience with data analysis, visualization, and artificial intelligence techniques is highly desirable.
