** The Impact You Will Make
*** Organize large, messy data sets to get the complete picture of what is happening in the business
* Design and build dashboards in Tableau, Salesforce and other GTM tools for all levels of stakeholders from front-line sales reps and account managers up through the Grubhub Exec Team
* Derive insights that guide stakeholders
* Identify trends and shifts in customer behavior related to the release of new programs and products, and make recommendations for improving retention and driving growth
* Analyze performance of lifecycle marketing campaigns (acquisition, product marketing, CRM) to develop strategic insights informing marketing investments and optimizations
* Drive ad-hoc analyses for cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Customer Success, Marketing, and Care
* Be curious! Find data nuggets, trends, and other analytical goodies that help us grow faster and generate more profit.
** What You Bring to the Table
*** Strong technical analytical skills - advanced SQL (building the architectural framework, not just querying data), Excel, Tableau or similar data visualization tool, Salesforce reports & dashboards
* Strong analytical skills with an ability to dive deep, summarize, and communicate important data
* Ability to solve ambiguous problems and make sense of complex and interconnected systems
* Excellent written and verbal communicator
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambitious goals and constant change
* 2-4 years of experience in an analytical role; start-up, e-commerce, or technology background preferred
* Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field preferred

Chicago: $86,500- $103,000
