Akkodis is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Data Architect in Chicago, IL 60606 (Hybrid).

Ideally, looking for someone who has a minimum of 6+ years of experience in business analysis and data architecture roles.

Rate Range: $70/hour - $72/hour on W2; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Work closely with cross‑functional teams and leadership stakeholders.
• Lead and support project implementation from requirements through delivery.
• Engage stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Analyze and understand end‑to‑end data flows and system integrations.
• Support data modeling, data querying, and data validation activities.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and data architecture/design.

• Senior-level Technical BA with strong data architecture and data analysis expertise.
• Strong technical business analysis background.
• Solid understanding of data architecture, data flows, and data modeling.
• Hands‑on experience with data querying (SQL or similar tools).
• Proven ability to manage and support implementation of projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Will support and enhance Loyalty Systems (loyalty experience is a plus, not mandatory).
• Hands‑on role requiring both strategic thinking and execution.
