Job Description

Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitates customer product/application understanding through presentations, demonstrations and benchmarks; provides support throughout the sell.

Responsibilities

• Provide presales technical/functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.
• Act as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants.
• Develop and deliver high-quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations.
• Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction, and overall Oracle solutions.
• Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions including advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complementary products.
• Develop and manage reference sites through high-quality technical, professional client relationships.
• Design, implement, and manage solutions using Oracle 23/26ai AI on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) – e.g., Generative and Agentic AI with LLMs, RAG, Vector Search, Python, AI Data Platform (AIDP), Hybrid‑Multicloud, Cloud‑adjacent and Colo solutions and Fusion SaaS/ERP.
• Provide technical expertise and support for Oracle Cloud and Engineered Systems services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration and high availability of cloud services.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Oracle Cloud technologies.

Qualifications
