• Design, develop, and implement Service Now solutions to meet business requirements and enhance system functionality.
• Develop and customize Service Now applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for Service Now configurations and customizations.
• Integrate Service Now with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Service Now applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
• Utilize Service Now’s scripted REST API and other integration tools to enhance capabilities.

• Intermediate experience (3‑5 years) with Service Now.
• Experience with Service Now Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solution development.
• Experience with Service Now configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist or Service Now Certified Technical Architect preferred.

• Pay rate: $108.33/hr (depending on experience).
• Contract duration: 6+ months (01/05/2026 to 06/26/2026).
• W2 employment.
