What You'll Bring- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required;
Master's degree preferred. - A minimum of 6 years of experience in technical account management or delivery operations, specific to Martech/AdTech industry.
- Intermediate Excel skills with the ability to perform VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, Formulas and similar advanced functions.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple partnership relationships simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including communicating with external clients and partner teams.
- Experience with developer tools and APIs is a plus.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary contact for technical inquiries, issue resolution, and escalations.
- Translate client business requirements into technical solutions using Trans Union's Marketing Solutions.
- Manage onboarding and deployment, ensuring best practices for integration, scalability, and compliance.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Trans Union's Marketing Solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with internal teams.
- Experience with developer tools and APIs is a plus.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
- Provide status updates and performance reports.
- Identify process improvements and document key insights.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to help clients maximize solution value.
As a Technical Account Manager at Trans Union, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and utilization of our Marketing Solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering technical expertise and support to help them achieve their goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard clients, ensure the timely and accurate delivery of Audience engagements, and serve as the client advocate by addressing technical inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
