You will collaborate closely with Identity Engineering, Cyber Governance, and Risk Management teams to transform IAM data into clear, actionable insights that improve our enterprise identity security posture and enable evidence-based decision‑making.

  • Translate identity compliance controls from NIST 800-53 (especially AC, IA, and AU families) into quantifiable, data‑driven metrics.
  • Create executive‑level visualizations that communicate compliance, risk, and maturity of IAM capabilities.
  • Ability to translate technical data into clear visualizations and stories for non‑technical audiences.
Identity & Access Management Metrics
  • Develop and maintain metrics libraries mapped to IAM controls such as:
    • Access provisioning/deprovisioning timeliness
    • MFA and SSO adoption & enforcement
    • Identity lifecycle automation success rates
    • Role/entitlement review compliance
  • Monitor and analyze IAM data to identify anomalies, trends, and optimization opportunities aligned with Zero Trust and least privilege principles.
Governance & Compliance
  • Partner with Cyber Governance to produce recurring compliance dashboards that demonstrate control effectiveness aligned with NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, and internal audit requirements.
  • Support continuous monitoring and audit‑readiness through data‑backed evidence and self‑service reporting.
  • Define metric definitions, thresholds, and data quality standards to ensure consistency and traceability.
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Cybersecurity reporting role.
  • Strong proficiency in Amazon Quick Sight, SQL, and data modeling for large, complex datasets.
  • Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts, including:
    • Microsoft Entra  (Azure AD) user and group management
    • Duo Security MFA deployment and reporting
    • SSO and federation standards (SAML, OIDC, OAuth)
  • Knowledge of NIST 800-53 access control and identity‑related control families.
  • Experience building or automating metrics and dashboards to support security compliance and executive reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical data into business‑friendly insights.
What This Person Will Be Assisting With
  • Increased visibility into IAM control performance through automated dashboards.
  • Reduced manual reporting effort across compliance and identity teams.
