Solution​/Technical Architect

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Solution / Technical Architect with more than 8 years in software development and at least 3 years of proven experience in solution architecture
. This role is responsible for designing robust, scalable, and secure enterprise solutions that align with business needs and technical strategy. The successful candidate will bring expertise in Java, J2EE, SQL Server
, and related frameworks while driving collaboration between stakeholders and development teams.

• Analyze business problems and identify the best technical solutions.
• Design and architect solutions
  , including defining structure, characteristics, behavior, and standards.
• Define features, development phases, and solution requirements for enterprise applications.
• Prepare technical specifications and architecture documentation
  .
• Communicate design decisions and trade-offs to business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and performance requirements
  .
• Guide development teams in implementing architecture across all phases of the SDLC.
• Provide architectural oversight and support during design, build, test, and deployment
  .
• Collaborate across teams to ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and control frameworks
  .

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3+ years as a Solution/Technical Architect
  .
• Strong background in Java, J2EE, and SQL Server
  .
• Proven experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to create and present architecture documentation to stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to bridge business and technical teams.

• Hands-on experience with frameworks and platforms:
  ESB, JBOSS, Spring, Hibernate
  .
• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks:
  Node.js, Angular
  
  JS, Vue.js
  .
• Knowledge of integration patterns, scalability design, and enterprise security.
• Exposure to cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization.
• Experience with Agile and Dev Ops methodologies.
