Technical Business Analyst

Job Description

Pay Range: $50/hr - $55/hr

• Business Requirement Gathering:
  Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit document and validate requirements for retail banking and payment processes.
• Azure Dev Ops Backlog Refinement:
  Maintain and refine user stories acceptance criteria and prioritize backlog items for development teams.
• Solution Design Support:
  Translate business needs into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 modules Finance Customer Service Payments.
• Process Mapping Optimization:
  Analyze workflows, identify gaps and recommend improvements aligned with industry best practices.
• Integration Data Management Support: integration of Dynamics 365 with core banking systems, payment gateways and third-party applications.
• Testing Quality Assurance:
  Develop test cases, coordinate UAT and ensure solutions meet functional and regulatory requirements.
• Documentation Training:
  Prepare user guides process documentation and deliver training sessions for end users.
• Compliance Security:
  Ensure adherence to banking regulations PCI DSS standards and data privacy requirements.

• Education:
  
  Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience.
• 5 years as a Business Analyst in retail banking or payments domain.
• 3 years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations Customer Engagement.

• Strong understanding of payment systems, card processing and banking operations.
• Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops, API integrations, data migration and SQL.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with Agile methodology and tools Jira, Azure Dev Ops.
• Knowledge of ISO 20022, SWIFT and ACH payment standards.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365.
