  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, or consulting.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in working with Google products (e.g., Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Ads Data Hub, or Google Cloud), and with data and data warehouses (e.g., DSPs, CDPs, DMPs, etc.).
  • Experience working with partners to identify technical challenges and opportunities, selling AdTech and Mar Tech solutions, and leading project planning.
  • Ability to work with sales and cross-functional teams, as well as influence key stakeholders internally and externally across all levels.
  • Ability to communicate with clients, with excellent time-management, prioritization, and presentation skills.

As a Data Transformation Lead, you will be accountable for measurement solution design and driving client commitment for key data integration capabilities by owning the measurement narrative with clients at all levels. You will establish modern measurement foundations that will drive media outcomes and accelerate AI Innovation through follow‑on projects like offline data infrastructure, creative AI business applications, predictive bidding and new innovations.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
