As a Net Suite Analyst you will be responsible for supporting and monitoring the operational aspects of the Net Suite platform for the business. This includes maintaining users, roles, and associated permissions; designing and implementing searches and reports; process monitoring; testing and troubleshooting; and managing configuration changes. Once familiarized with Zoro processes you’ll rotate the on‑call duties and serve as an escalation contact for L1 (level 1) service incidents.

You must have very strong written and oral communication skills, be highly organized, and capable of multitasking and managing projects. The Net Suite Analyst will need balanced knowledge and abilities from both a functional and technical skill set and be comfortable training users.

• Identify and resolve operational issues with the Net Suite platform.
• Resolve support tickets and follow up on outstanding tickets.
• Aid teams with their Net Suite integrations across the business.
• Regularly monitor the health of the Net Suite platform.
• Actively identify opportunities to leverage Net Suite functionality to improve efficiency.
• Design and develop saved searches, financial reports, KPIs, or dashboards.
• Support the deployment and validation of Net Suite customizations.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for customizations and other enhancements.
• Maintain user roles and permissions adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as required.

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Accounting or equivalent related experience.
• 1+ years’ experience with the Net Suite platform or equivalent related experience.
• Net Suite Suite Foundation certification is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of promotions, supply chain, pricing, and accounting principles.
• An enjoyment of technical challenges and eagerness to explore new approaches.
• Proficient with change‑management processes, policies, and principles.
• An Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in addition to participating in retrospectives focused on identifying contributing causes and providing actionable solutions to prevent them from reoccurring.
• Fault analysis/determination and problem‑solving skills are a must.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical issues and status to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills leveraging the Atlassian Stack (JIRA, Confluence), Service Now, and/or Solar Winds Service Desk.
• Understanding of production environments, including the requirement for high availability and team‑oriented 24×7 support capabilities.
• Military education or experience may be considered in lieu of civilian requirements listed.

The pay range for this position is $52,800 – $87,900 USD, based on role grade. Actual compensation may vary depending on location, experience, and qualifications. It includes the Zoro Incentive Plan (ZIP) designed to reward strong performance.
