As a Product Manager on the Card Management and Security (CMS) team, you will be instrumental in not only further enhancing these modern payment solutions, but also innovating and ideating on new features and services that address the ever‑evolving needs of our customers.

We are looking for a Product Manager who is excited about driving transformations like this for Capital One – both on the business and technology side.

As a Manager on the CMS team you will be working with our Payment Instruments data product. Through our data product and data standardization efforts we support exciting new features and capabilities across Capital One. We enable exciting new capabilities for millions of customers worldwide. • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. The salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part‑time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Chicago, IL: $149,800 – $171,000
McLean, VA: $164,800 – $188,100
New York, NY: $179,700 – $205,100
Richmond, VA: $149,800 – $171,000

This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
