Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our team. This is an entry‑level position ideal for recent graduates or candidates with 2‑3 years of experience working in data analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for data cleaning, analysis and process mapping to support data integrity efforts within the organization. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams are essential for this role.

• Extract and analyze data from various systems to support data process improvements.
• Assist in developing reports and dashboards to support business decision‑making.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct process mapping using Visio or similar tools to document workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform data cleaning and validation to support data integrity efforts.
• Support database maintenance and optimization efforts.
• Assist in ad‑hoc data‑related projects as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience working with Salesforce preferred.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Visio.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.

At JSSI we are committed to rewarding our team members with competitive and comprehensive compensation packages that reflect their contributions and talent. Annual base pay generally ranges from $75,000 to $85,000, with the final offer determined by variable factors including, but not limited to, market location, job‑specific knowledge, skills, education and overall rewards package. Additional compensation may include an annual discretionary bonus plan, incentive or sales bonus plan or other form of additional compensation based on your role.
