Job Description:

• 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management Implementation, Design & Architecture
• 10 to 14 years of experience
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite Entra  On-Premise AD, Fundamentals:
• Installation and Configuration
• Application Onboarding
• OIDC, SAML, OAuth, and Legacy access management concepts
• Customization of claims, conditional and adaptive access
• MFA features
• Highly skilled in access management concepts:
• Enabling Single Sign-On
• Understanding of AD and Directory services
• Understanding of CIAM Implementation, Identity federation, and Fraud detection technologies
• Experience in Identity and application Migration
• Unix/Linux experience and scripting skills (Shell, Perl, Power Shell, etc.)
• Very good understanding of the Identity and Access Management Lifecycle
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Superior problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good understanding of infrastructure modules and interdependent components for SSO
• Good understanding of Dev Ops orchestration tools, Docker, Jenkins, Bitbucket
• Assist in development, requirement analysis, design, and implementation of factory development
• Help operations team and work with customers to identify applications suitable for onboarding
• Experience in onboarding applications with full technical integration
• Worked on at least 2-3 Entra  and application migrations in Access Management products
• Development experience on any programming language (1-2 years) is a plus
• Deep understanding of Access Management components, architecture, and configuration in standalone and clustered modes
• Ability to implement technical solutions meeting all requirements with minimal customization
• Configure Entra Connect for user sync and password sync
• Generate dashboards as per business needs
• Experience in a lead role
• Good understanding of operational processes
• Client-facing experience
• Experience working with international clients
• Experience with any Identity Governance tools
• Good exposure to end-to-end Access Management testing functionalities
• Experience managing client relationships
