The Role
Omeda is seeking a highly organized and experienced Onboarding Project Manager - Team Lead - to join our Client Enablement team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful migration and implementation of new products for our existing client base. This position requires a blend of strong project management skills, technical proficiency in setting up complex systems, and the ability to lead both client and internal teams.
The person in this role will be a key player in ensuring our clients derive maximum value from Omeda's platform by managing projects from initiation through go-live, ensuring adherence to established scope, timelines, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
As the Onboarding Project Manager - Team Lead, the primary duties will include:
Project Management & Leadership
- Develop comprehensive project plans and detailed timelines for client migrations and new product set-up, ensuring alignment with client business goals and technical requirements.
- Manage, monitor, and enforce project timelines across multiple simultaneous projects, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks or delays.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders during the onboarding process, leading regular project status meetings, defining next steps, and ensuring clear communication.
- Oversee and coordinate work across internal, cross-functional teams, including Data Services, Product, Engineering, and Client Success, to ensure all project components are delivered successfully.
- Provide guidance and leadership to Onboarding Specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Execute and oversee the configuration of the Omeda platform as required by the project scope, including but not limited to:
- Creating and structuring complex client databases.
- Setting up and configuring new products (digital and print subscriptions, newsletters, events, etc.).
- Defining and configuring demographics and segmentation criteria.
- Ensure all system configurations meet client specifications and internal best practices for optimal performance.
- Develop training schedules and coordinate training for client teams, focusing on the specific products and configurations deployed.
- Create and maintain onboarding documentation to facilitate client adoption and long-term success.
Required
- BA/BS degree in any educational field with 2+ years' experience in project management or relevant work experience and/or certification in related field.
- 2+ years proven experience managing technical implementation or migration projects for enterprise-level clients.
- Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing meetings and manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and negotiation.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, especially regarding data and system configuration.
- Proficiency and risk assessments using standard project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project).
- Experience with database concepts and structure is a must.
- Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, subscription management, or audience development platforms, primarily Omeda

Salary Range: $60k - $70k
