Duties And Responsibilities General Responsibilities
  • Tactical and Operational Planning:
    Contribute to short-term and long-term IT strategy by offering expertise that supports the organization’s business goals and objectives.
  • Technical Expertise:
    Conduct in-depth analyses of performance, systems architecture, and data trends to support decision-making processes. Develop solutions that align with Loyola University Chicago’s Academic, Administrative, and Research needs.
  • Innovation and Emerging Technologies:
    Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies. Assist in evaluating their potential impact on the organization and recommending strategic investments and implementation.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control:
    Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to influence budget allocations for projects and upgrades. Evaluate Vendor proposals to ensure cost-effective solutions that meet institutional goals.
  • Compliance and

    Risk Management:

    Ensure the organization’s IT systems comply with relevant regulations and standards, managing risks associated with technology use.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    Establish and maintain relationships between IT and campus partners to ensure the delivery of quality services.
Position Specific Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
  • Assist in identifying resistance and developing mitigation strategies to address it.
  • Coordinate with communications and training Teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and sessions.
  • Facilitate feedback loops and incorporate Stakeholder input into Change strategies.
  • Track and report issues and risks related to Change adoption and User experience.
  • Contribute to the development of Change Management resources and Toolkits.
Minimum Education And/or Work Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Experience with Project Management Tools and Reporting Systems.
